Upon return I pursued a career in beauty therapy and recreational pottery/sculpture became a growing hobby, all the while figures and movement inspiring my work.
After marriage and children I bought my first kiln and my pottery work has not looked back since. I now exhibit and sell work through shops, galleries or commissions. I also run a pottery club at Headcorn School, which is most rewarding.
All my work is hand built or individually thrown on a wheel, which makes each piece unique. I use many clays, but the lager sculptures and planters are in stoneware, making them suitable for the garden in all weathers.
If you would like to reserve, purchase or commission a work, please contact the gallery on 01233 770261. Deposits and purchases by credit/debit card can be arranged by phone.
